What the programme is built to deliver
InternAVIA connects aviation students with live airport operations. The first university partnership MOU was signed in June 2026 — intake applications are now open.
Live airport floor experience
Participants work inside real airport operations — Meet & Assist, lounges, baggage coordination, and customer service. Not a classroom simulation.
Paid stipend throughout
The programme is structured as a paid engagement from day one. Participants are not volunteers — they are part of the operational team.
Placement pathway, not a promise
The programme is designed so participants become eligible for permanent roles at partner operators. Outcomes depend on individual performance and operator intake at the time of completion.
